A Bodaboda rider, identified as Geoffrey Ouma, was allegedly stabbed to death by his wife at their home in Ongata Rongai, Kenya, after returning with less income than usual.
According to witnesses, Ouma, fondly known as Jeff, had earned significantly less due to heavy rainfall that affected his business. Upon his return, his wife confronted him about their household needs and demanded money to cover them. When he was unable to provide it, a heated argument ensued.
In a fit of rage, she reportedly rushed to the kitchen, grabbed a knife, and attempted to attack him. Sensing danger, Ouma tried to flee but slipped and fell. Seizing the moment, his wife stabbed him in the chest, killing him instantly.
By the time neighbors arrived, he had already succumbed to his injuries.
The couple had been married for about five years and shared a child. Local authorities have since arrested the woman.
