Peter Phillips spent a glamorous weekend in Bahrain with his girlfriend, Harriet Sperling, and his daughters as they soaked up the atmosphere at the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
The 47-year-old son of Princess Anne was in attendance in his professional role as Head of Partner Acquisition for the sports and entertainment rights agency, Wasserman. But the weekend wasn’t all work—Peter also enjoyed some quality downtime with Harriet and several royal family members.
The couple were spotted on the grid alongside Peter’s sister, Zara Tindall, and her husband, Mike, as well as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Peter’s daughters, Savannah, 14, and Isla, 13, joined the overseas trip, along with Harriet’s young daughter.
Harriet, a Paediatric Nurse Specialist with the NHS, looked elegant in a pale blue, short-sleeved midi dress as she stood beside Peter, smiling and relaxed amid the buzz of the race weekend.
Peter and Harriet’s relationship was first made public in May of last year when they were photographed hand-in-hand at the Badminton Horse Trials. Since then, the couple have made a string of high-profile appearances together, including at Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, and a charity polo match hosted by the Prince of Wales in Windsor.
Most recently, the pair were seen together at Cheltenham Racecourse on New Year’s Day. Now approaching their one-year anniversary, Peter and Harriet appear to be going from strength to strength—sharing both royal events and family moments along the way.
