American actress Kristen Stewart and her fiancée Dylan Meyer have officially tied the knot in a private ceremony held in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old Twilight star and the 37-year-old screenwriter exchanged vows on Sunday, April 20, at Stewart’s home, shortly after obtaining a marriage certificate, according to sources reported by TMZ.
The wedding was an intimate affair, with a select group of guests in attendance, including a few celebrity friends such as Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis.
Stewart and Meyer, the daughter of acclaimed filmmaker Nicholas Meyer, reportedly secured their Los Angeles County marriage license the Tuesday before their nuptials.
Just a day prior to obtaining the license, the couple was photographed together, as seen in images published by the Daily Mail.
The pair originally met in 2013 on a film set, but it wasn’t until August 2019 that their romantic relationship began. Their romance followed Stewart’s breakup with model Stella Maxwell, whom she had been dating since 2016.
In the summer of 2021, engagement rumors swirled after both Kristen and Dylan were spotted wearing rings on their left hands — speculation that was later confirmed when Stewart publicly shared news of their engagement.
The newlyweds have yet to release an official statement, but fans and friends alike are celebrating the couple’s new chapter together.
