Harper’s noticeably lighter locks stole the spotlight once again. She first debuted her sun-kissed blonde hair at her dad’s star-studded 50th birthday celebration in Miami last month.
While the stylist behind the transformation hasn’t been confirmed, many believe it could be the work of her godfather and celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves.
Harper and Ken share a special bond, with the hairstylist often gushing over her on social media.
