The rumors started circulating after a comment was posted under Romeo’s latest Instagram post about Kim, suggesting that Brooklyn had dated Kim first.
One user wrote, “It’s appropriate to date your brother’s ex, too? Cool.” Cruz quickly responded to set the record straight, saying, “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.”
The supposed feud between Romeo, 22, and Brooklyn, 26, had gained attention after TMZ reported on April 3 that the brothers were no longer on speaking terms. The report suggested the tension began after Brooklyn raised concerns about Kim’s intentions in her relationship with Romeo.
Speculation intensified when Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, were absent from David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration earlier this month, fueling rumors that they had skipped due to the Kim situation.
However, there’s no definitive explanation for Brooklyn and Nicola’s absence. It’s possible that the couple had prior commitments, as the celebration was an early event ahead of David’s milestone birthday on May 2, and further family gatherings are likely planned.
Brooklyn and Nicola, who married in 2022, reside in Los Angeles, which is a roughly five-hour flight from Miami, where the birthday event took place. The couple is reportedly saving for their “dream house” while living in a luxurious apartment in LA.
