In a shocking incident from Brazil, a man was seen writhing in agony after a snake bit his penis and refused to let go. Disturbing footage captured the victim on the ground in pain while a friend filmed from a distance.
In a display of bravery, a third person attempted to help by using a stick to pry the snake’s jaws away, but the reptile remained stubbornly attached. The group then tried pouring water on the snake in hopes of coaxing it to release its grip, but to no avail.
The video, which originated in Pantanal, Brazil, quickly went viral on Instagram and TikTok, drawing horrified reactions from viewers.
Crocodile Cam, a well-known animal conservationist on X, identified the snake as a king cobra, highlighting that its neurotoxic venom “attacks the nerves and can cause paralysis.”
He noted that these snakes possess enough venom to kill 20 adult men or one full-sized elephant, with lethal effects potentially occurring in as little as 15 minutes.
Eventually, the snake loosened its grip, and the man was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. There have been no further updates regarding his condition.
