Ray J and Princess Love were involved in a tense altercation on Thursday, March 13, which led to police intervention at their Los Angeles residence.
Law enforcement sources report that the dispute began after Ray J returned from a tour, with tensions flaring over their ongoing divorce. Princess Love allegedly called the LAPD, claiming Ray J was acting aggressively, yelling, and possibly under the influence.
Upon arrival, officers detained Ray J, briefly placing him in handcuffs and securing him in a squad car while they assessed the situation. After speaking with both parties, authorities determined that no crime had occurred, and Ray J was released without charges.
Footage of the incident later surfaced online, showing Ray J thanking officers for their professionalism. Although a domestic violence incident report was filed, no further legal action was taken.
