A Nigerian man, Akinkunmi, has addressed criticism over his girlfriend’s choice of attire at a wedding.
The software engineer had shared a photo of himself and his girlfriend, who wore a cleavage-baring dress, on Saturday, March 1, 2025, captioning it: “Wedding guest.”
However, the post sparked backlash, with many men leaving harsh comments, accusing him of being a simp and predicting that his girlfriend would eventually mistreat him.
In response to the criticism, Akinkunmi wrote, “Too many grown men in my comments crying over boobs.”
He added, “I feel sorry for their girlfriends and wives.”
