A disabled 16 year-old who is deaf, blind and disabled has vanished after getting into a strange car.
River Evans was last seen on Wednesday night in Pueblo, Colorado, Fox21 reported.
The youngster, who has a cognitive disability and functions at a younger age level than her age, has been described as ‘endangered’ by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
CBI investigators fear Evans may have suffered a mental health crisis and that she does not have medication she needs to take.

They believe the teen got into a small truck on Brown Avenue around 9pm Mountain Time.
Evans has not been heard from since and her phone is going straight to voicemail, according to family friend Katheryn Beeby.

Beeby says the family believe Evans may have met the driver of the car online.
She said the teen left without telling anyone.
Beeby added: ‘She was in the shower at 9:30. Her grandpa went to her room at 11 to say goodnight and she was gone. Never heard her leave or anything.’
Evans is white, around five feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.
