Dara Huang, mother to Princess Beatrice’s stepson Wolfie, showcased an incredible transformation on Tuesday. Sharing a glimpse on Instagram, the architect filmed the interior of what appears to be a London townhouse undergoing renovation. While the space was still cluttered and unfinished, the striking staircase was undeniably eye-catching.
In the video, Dara captioned her post simply as “Before and after” but teased viewers, saying, “You will have to wait to see the after.”

Following the elegant hallway, she directed her followers’ attention to another remarkable update—members of a rug company were seen laying down a luxurious white and grey rug, which Dara enthusiastically referred to as a “transformation.”
It remains unclear whether these renovations are part of her personal home—Dara owns a stunning townhouse in the exclusive SW3 area—or one of her high-profile design projects.
Though she and Wolfie enjoy a lavish lifestyle in the UK, Dara recently hinted at the possibility of relocating to the US for her son’s education. Speaking to Tatler, she reflected on the differences between British and American schooling:
“England is known for its education because it’s strict and regimented, but I love the American spirit, and that’s something they don’t really teach you here.”
Dara also revealed that her son is a budding artist, even managing to sell one of his creations for £40,000. “I’m not sure I even told my client that it was done by a child,” she admitted.
The mother-son duo frequently spends time in the US, especially in Dara’s home state of Florida, where they retreat during school holidays.
Their most recent trip took place in February, with Dara documenting their sun-soaked visit through a series of snapshots.
While in Florida, Wolfie enjoys quality time with his grandparents, a tradition Dara deeply values. Captioning her post, she wrote:
