Controversial influencer Andrew Tate is facing serious allegations from his girlfriend, Bri Stern, who accuses him of choking and assaulting her during a violent s*xual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel just two weeks after his return to the United States.
According to Mail Online, Stern reported the incident to the police, claiming that Tate, who has a history of misogynistic behavior, engaged in s*xual assault during their encounter on March 11. She alleges that Tate began choking her during s*x, and despite her pleas for him to stop, he continued.
Stern provided screenshots of text messages sent by Tate in which he expressed enjoyment in being violent towards her, calling it “relaxing,” and referred to her as his property.
Tate, a prominent supporter of Donald Trump, returned to the U.S. last month after spending years in a Romanian prison and under house arrest alongside his brother, Tristan Tate, facing criminal charges related to s*x trafficking.
The case involving the Tate brothers was initially raised by U.S. officials during discussions with the Romanian government in February, and further highlighted by Trump special envoy Richard Grenell at a security conference in Munich.
Donald Trump Jr. described the brothers’ detention in Romania as “absolute insanity.”
Stern shared her ordeal with TMZ, stating that as Tate grew more violent, she struggled and felt disoriented, as if she were fading into unconsciousness. The alleged violence reportedly stopped only when Tate was finished, after which she went to the bathroom to document her injuries.
After the incident, Stern reportedly sought treatment at an emergency room in New York City during a work trip, where she was diagnosed with “post-concussive” symptoms. She provided police with images of her bruised face as evidence.
Text messages allegedly exchanged between Tate and Stern revealed further disturbing content. One message purportedly from Tate stated, “I want to beat the fk out of you,” while another read, “You will give me a child this year, bch… What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you?”
Tate and his brother Tristan checked in at a police station near Romania’s capital earlier this week in compliance with a court order following their recent return home. Andrew Tate told reporters, “I’m a free person who has not been convicted of anything,” asserting his intent to comply with judicial authorities globally, claiming his innocence.
The Tate brothers, who hold dual citizenship in the U.S. and the U.K., were arrested in Romania in late 2022 and formally charged last year with creating a criminal network to lure women to Romania, where they were allegedly s*xually exploited, including allegations of r*pe. They both deny all charges.
