Actress Destiny Etiko has lodged a petition against her fellow actress, Queeneth Hilbert, in response to allegations made against her.
In a series of videos, Queeneth Hilbert accused Destiny Etiko of pursuing the affluent partners of her colleagues, including one of her former partners from Benin who owned a Mercedes-Benz.
In light of these accusations, Destiny Etiko’s legal team has formally requested a retraction of these allegedly defamatory statements across all social media platforms.
Etiko asserts that the claims are false and intended to damage her reputation.
The petition also seeks to prevent any further dissemination of defamatory statements, requests a formal retraction of the disparaging remarks, and demands the payment of N100 million in damages.
