Diddy is facing fresh allegations of s*xual assault as a new accuser, identified as John Doe, claims an opportunity to advance his music career turned into a traumatic experience. The lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday, details the accuser’s account.
John Doe, an aspiring rapper and singer, says that in 2015, he performed at a nightclub in Los Angeles where Diddy, accompanied by his entourage and bottles of Ciroc vodka, was present. After the performance, the accuser claims he was invited to join Diddy and other artists in a VIP section where drugs were being used.
The lawsuit alleges that someone handed him a drink that was reportedly sent by Diddy. Soon after drinking it, the accuser says he began to feel lightheaded and eventually blacked out. He describes drifting in and out of consciousness, witnessing Diddy and others engaged in group s*x around him.
Included in the lawsuit is an image of a container that the accuser claims Diddy used to spike drinks with GHB, a substance commonly referred to as the “date rape drug.” The accuser alleges he woke up to find Diddy touching him inappropriately and believes the mogul was performing oral s*x on him. When he attempted to resist, the accuser claims Diddy threatened to ruin his career.
The accuser says he was able to escape by pretending to go to the bathroom when Diddy insisted he engage in s*x with a woman in the room. He has filed the lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment for s*xual battery and conspiracy.
In response, Diddy’s legal team told TMZ, “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s*xually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
