Sean “Diddy” Combs was rushed to the hospital by prison staff in the middle of the night after complaining of severe pain.
The music mogul, who is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Centre while awaiting trial on multiple sexual crime charges, was reportedly taken to Brooklyn Hospital for medical attention.
Sources claim that Diddy was taken in for a check-up due to an old injury flaring up, believed to be related to his knee. After receiving an MRI, he was returned to the detention center that same night.
An insider clarified that the pain in his knee was not the result of any altercation or fight, but rather from the old injury.
Diddy has been incarcerated since Christmas, awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation, and engaging in prostitution. His trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
In addition to facing criminal charges, Combs has also been sued by several individuals accusing him of physical and sexual abuse, including his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie. Combs has strongly denied all allegations.
