Princess Beatrice’s Stepson Wolfie, 8, Faces Significant Family Change

Dara Huang, the devoted mother of eight-year-old Wolfie, recently opened up about a potential shift in her son’s education that could see him moving from the UK to the U.S.

A Harvard alumna, the 42-year-old architect—who shares Wolfie with Princess Beatrice’s husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi—revealed her thoughts on the differences between British and American schooling.

Speaking to Tatler, Dara said, “England is renowned for its education because it’s strict and regimented, but I love the American spirit, and that’s something they don’t really teach here.”

Dara also shared that Wolfie is a budding artist with remarkable talent. In fact, he recently sold one of his artworks to a client for an impressive £40,000. “I’m not even sure I told my client it was created by a child,” she admitted with a smile.

Adding to the changes in Wolfie’s life, he’s just become a big brother for the second time. His father, Edoardo, and stepmother, Princess Beatrice, recently welcomed a baby girl named Athena. Edoardo proudly announced the joyful news alongside a sweet photo of the newborn.

“Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi—We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week. She’s tiny and absolutely perfect. We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) completely besotted with her,” Edoardo shared.

He also expressed heartfelt gratitude to the medical team: “Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena. A massive thank you from my wife and me to all the wonderful staff at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for their exceptional care and support during this incredibly special time.”
