The 41-year-old, who co-owns Bucklebury Farm in Berkshire with her husband James Matthews and his business partner James Murray, may be considering an on-site nursery for her little ones.
A recent post on Bucklebury Farm’s official Instagram account announced: “Bucklebury Farm is considering opening a nursery for children aged 9 months to 5 years. The announcement has led many royal watchers to wonder if Pippa and James might enroll their younger children—Grace, three, and Rose, one—at the proposed nursery, should it become a reality. The couple also shares a five-year-old son, Arthur.

Pippa and James purchased the sprawling 72-acre Bucklebury Farm in 2020 for £1.5 million. Located near Pippa’s parents’ residence, the farm is open to the public and features attractions such as a petting zoo, deer park, café, glamping pods, and a children’s play area.
