The 2025 Invictus Games are in full swing, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making the most of their time in Canada.
So far, the couple has enjoyed a star-studded opening ceremony and participated in various sporting events, including wheelchair basketball and wheelchair curling. On day three, the Games have relocated to Whistler.
In the morning, Harry and Meghan visited Squamish Nation, where they witnessed traditional dancing and took part in a ceremonial dance, complete with musical instruments. This year marks a significant milestone for the Nation, as they celebrate 100 years since the amalgamation of sixteen Sḵwx̱wú7mesh villages into the modern Squamish Nation.
Afterward, the couple enjoyed lunch with patrons of the Invictus Games Foundation before heading to the Indigenous Craft & Museum Tour.

Prince Harry, 40, founded the Invictus Games in 2014 to assist the rehabilitation of injured and sick military personnel and veterans worldwide by challenging them to compete in sporting events similar to the Paralympics.
The inaugural tournament was held in London, followed by events in Orlando, Toronto, Sydney, The Hague, and Düsseldorf.
