Charles Spencer Poses With New Girlfriend To Celebrate Milestone Podcast Moment

Charles Spencer, currently in a relationship with his The Rabbit Hole Detectives co-host Cat Jarman, made their relationship official last year following his split from Countess Karen Spencer.

On Wednesday, Charles posed alongside Cat and fellow co-host Rev. Richard Coles as they celebrated the 100th episode of their popular podcast. The trio gathered in a recording studio, with Cat dressed in a chic blue jumper and jeans, while Charles sported denim jeans and a black fleece.

Marking the occasion, Cat held a cake decorated with the podcast’s logo, gifted by their producers, Folding Pocket.

Charles shared the celebration on Instagram, writing: “Celebrating the One Hundredth episode of the Rabbit Hole Detectives podcast, out today, with a wonderful cake from our producers… Thanks to all of you who’ve listened to @RevRichardColes, @CatJarman, and me over the past 2 years. Subjects this week: Indian restaurants in Britain, vampires, & fortune-telling. Do listen, wherever you source your podcasts…”

The podcast, which the trio has co-hosted since 2023, explores historical and cultural curiosities. Charles and Cat’s connection began when Charles invited the archaeologist to excavate parts of Althorp House, leading to a close friendship that later blossomed into romance.

The couple first sparked dating rumors in June 2024 after being spotted enjoying a theatre trip in London. Photos showed them attending The Book of Mormon, with Charles placing a hand on Cat’s back as they shared a laugh.

Confirming the romance, Charles told The Mail on Sunday: “I’m too old for hearts and flowers stuff, but with Cat, I can be myself. She knows who I really am, and I don’t have to pretend. She brings out the best in me.”

The milestone podcast moment comes shortly after Charles welcomed a new family member—a puppy at Althorp. Earlier this month, the father-of-seven shared an Instagram photo of the pup peeking out of a bag, captioning it simply: “New [dog emoji].”
