A security outfit in Anambra State has announced plans to arrest women seen in public without bras or underwear.

The announcement was made by a man speaking through a loudspeaker in a video that has since circulated online.

According to the announcer, the directive allegedly comes from Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo. He further stated that women wearing only panties in public would also face arrest.
