A woman has been jailed after she was caught with a bag of drugs that ironically attempted to deny its contents with a humorous label.

Teryn Acri, 31, from Florida, was arrested on narcotics charges after being found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The bag she carried was labeled “Definitely not a bag full of drugs.”

Acri was taken into custody on Saturday, January 18, following a traffic stop in Brevard County. Police searched the vehicle, where Acri was a passenger, and discovered meth, needles, digital scales, and other drug-related items among her belongings.

She was charged with felony possession of meth with intent to sell or deliver, as well as a misdemeanor charge for drug paraphernalia. Acri is currently being held without bail in the county jail and is scheduled for an arraignment on February 13.

At the time of her arrest, Acri was already out on a $15,500 bond for a previous meth possession charge earlier in January.

In a similar incident in October, Oregon police found a large stash of drugs in a bag labeled “Definitely not a bag full of drugs” in a car reported stolen. The driver, Reginald Reynolds, 35, and passenger Mia Baggenstos, 37, were arrested, and officers recovered a loaded .357 handgun, meth, cash, two scales, and the labeled brown bag.
