A new documentary about Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly in development, set to delve into the allegations and charges against the rapper and music mogul.
Currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York, Combs, 55, faces charges of racketeering, s£x trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He was arrested in September, following a series of allegations that have cast a shadow over his career.
The Channel 4 series, titled Diddy: In Plain Sight, is being produced in collaboration with Lion TV. It aims to explore the charges against Diddy, alongside his career highs and lows, and the controversial events surrounding his famed White Parties.
A TV insider shared, “With Diddy’s trial approaching, this documentary offers a platform for those who haven’t yet shared their stories to come forward. It will thoroughly examine the allegations and provide insight into what went on behind the scenes of his glamorous public persona. Shocking revelations are expected.”
The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, while Channel 4’s documentary is anticipated to air later this year.
In addition, Netflix has announced its own documentary about the embattled star, titled: “Diddy Do It?”
