Sarah, Duchess of York, has posted a new video from the grounds of Royal Lodge after spending Christmas with her ex-husband, Prince Andrew.
On Tuesday, the 65-year-old mother-of-two shared a heartfelt clip on Instagram, reflecting on the past year and the challenges she faced, including her diagnoses of skin and breast cancer.
In the video, Sarah discussed her collaboration with Zoul, a meditation, wellness, and sleep app, explaining how it has helped her find peace, calm her mind, and build inner strength and resilience.
Filmed in a serene corner of her expansive garden, Sarah spoke about the joy and peace she has found through mindfulness and mental wellness, saying, “It wasn’t cancer that kickstarted me into taking the shackles off my heart, but mindfulness and mental wellness. I was searching for incredible information about the most amazing app for practicing different kinds of mindfulness.”
Sarah gave a glimpse into her daily routine, sharing how she finds a quiet spot in her garden, walks among the trees, and practices gratitude. “We’re mindfully silent, looking and thinking about how lucky we are,” she added.
In her caption, Sarah reflected on the challenges of 2024, noting her cancer diagnoses and the tough times she faced. She acknowledged that many people, including herself, struggle with loneliness, anxiety, and sleeplessness, and emphasized the importance of seeking tools for health, wellness, and peace.
She continued, “That’s why I’m excited to be partnering with @zoul.meditate, a new meditation, wellness, and sleep app. In those moments when I needed a simple reminder that ‘everything will be okay,’ Zoul’s personalized voice has helped me find peace, quiet my mind, and work on my own inner strength and resilience.”
Sarah looked stylish in a boho-chic ruffled black shirt dress, a matching black jacket with large pockets, and bright orange Converse sneakers. Her auburn hair was styled in a half-up, half-down look, and she accessorized with simple hoop earrings and cozy knitted mittens.
She was also joined by two of her beloved pets: one of her Corgis, which she received from the late Queen, and one of her five Norfolk Terriers.
This update comes after Sarah and Prince Andrew spent Christmas together at Royal Lodge, instead of joining King Charles and Queen Camilla at Sandringham. Prince Andrew recently made headlines due to his alleged connections to Chinese spy Yang Tengbo, although Mr. Yang has denied any involvement in espionage.
