Lala Kent, actress and former Vanderpump Rules star, recently opened up about her unconventional use of leftover breast milk during an appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.
Kent revealed that instead of wasting the “liquid gold,” she opted to consume about 10 ounces of it by adding it to her coffee. “I wasn’t about to dump it down the sink,” she said, emphasizing her resourceful approach.
Though Kent admitted she’s not particularly sentimental about breastfeeding, she jokingly described herself as a “good factory” for her daughters—3-month-old Sosa and 3-year-old Ocean.
This isn’t the first time Kent has turned to breast milk as a coffee creamer. In 2021, she shared that she used her “boobie milk” in coffee when she ran out of creamer at home.
That moment was even featured on an episode of Vanderpump Rules, where she tried to convince her then-fiancé, Randall Emmett, to try it. Emmett declined, leaving Kent disappointed as she thought it would be “so hot.”
Since her split from Emmett in 2021 following allegations of infidelity—which he denied—Kent has embraced single motherhood. She welcomed her second child, Sosa, via a sperm donor and has expressed her willingness to use the same method for future children.
Kent’s candidness about her parenting choices and quirky habits continues to captivate fans, showcasing her unique and resourceful approach to motherhood.
