Nollywood actress Adanma Luke has opened up about her struggle with suicidal thoughts following the tragic drowning of actor Junior Pope Odonwodu in April, as he was leaving her movie set.
In a heartfelt post, Adanma shared how the loss deeply affected her, even leading her to stop breastfeeding her three-month-old baby due to overwhelming depression.
She admitted that, at her lowest point, she felt that death might be the only escape from the pain.
She took the opportunity to express her gratitude to her colleague, Uche Nancy, who stood by her during this difficult time, providing support and giving her a renewed sense of hope.
Adanma urged Nigerians to join her in thanking Uche for helping her find reasons to live again.
