The image, taken during a “meet and greet” session after Brown’s recent concert at FNB Stadium in South Africa, shows the singer kissing the woman on her cheek as she smiles for the camera. In court documents, the husband described the photo as “demeaning” and claimed it disrespected their marriage. He argued that his wife’s actions were inappropriate for a married woman and had caused him emotional distress and public embarrassment.
