Transgender Child Molester R*ped Fellow Inmate

Former Washington Corrections Center for Women inmate Mozzy Clark-Sanchez alleges that Christopher Scott Williams, who identifies as a woman, subjected her to months of stalking, threats, s*xual harassment, and assault while they shared a cell.

The lawsuit claims Williams petitioned the Washington State Department of Corrections to be recognized as female and transferred to the women’s facility, despite a history of violence, including allegedly assaulting a male prison guard until he was unconscious.

Once housed with Clark-Sanchez, Williams reportedly threatened to rape her, harassed her during showers, and made repeated s*xual advances. The suit further alleges that Williams engaged in explicit behavior, including exposing himself and attempting to assault Clark-Sanchez with a homemade object.

According to the lawsuit, Clark-Sanchez woke one night to find Williams rubbing her genitals under her blanket. Although Williams was eventually moved to a different cell, the harassment allegedly continued, with Williams making lewd comments and threats of violence.

The lawsuit accuses prison officials of ignoring Clark-Sanchez’s complaints and failing to address Williams’ prior s*xual assault of another female cellmate. It also challenges policies that allowed biologically male inmates with histories of violence and s*xual offenses to be housed in women’s facilities.

Williams’ criminal history includes a 2006 conviction for s*xually assaulting a nine-year-old sister and multiple offenses for failing to register as a s*x offender. In 2012, Williams allegedly assaulted a male prison officer, causing severe injuries requiring emergency surgery.

Clark-Sanchez is seeking damages for emotional distress, humiliation, and alleged violations of her constitutional rights under the First, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
