Prince Albert Of Monaco Made A Solo Appearance, As His Wife, Princess Charlene, Was Notably Absent

Prince Albert of Monaco traveled to Paris this weekend to join French President Emmanuel Macron and other global leaders for the grand reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral. The royal made a solo appearance, as his wife, Princess Charlene, was notably absent.

The reopening of Notre Dame marked a significant occasion, as the cathedral had been under construction for five years following the devastating fire in 2019. Among the attendees were Prince William, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and outgoing U.S. First Lady Dr. Jill Biden.

While the reason for Princess Charlene’s absence in Paris remains unclear, her royal duties in Monaco may have required her presence in the principality. On Friday evening, she was seen attending the inauguration of the Christmas village in Monaco with their two children, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques.

Charlene, known for her impeccable style, embraced her fashionable reputation by wearing a gingerbread-hued leather bomber jacket. She paired it with dark-wash jeans, a white scarf, and caramel-colored heeled boots. Her blonde hair was styled in loose curls, and her radiant look was completed with soft makeup featuring pale eyeshadow, rosy blush, and a pale pink lip.

When Prince Albert returns from Paris, he will likely look forward to spending Christmas with his family. Ahead of the holiday season, a charming portrait of the Monégasque royals was released, showing Prince Albert and Princess Charlene posing in a cozy living room adorned with a Christmas tree and a festive garland on the stone fireplace.

In the photo, Charlene looked stylish in slim-fit chocolate brown trousers, a mocha-colored knitted jumper, and pointed brown leather boots. Prince Albert, 66, kept it casual in a cream cable-knit sweater and a checked shirt. Their two children, Gabriella and Jacques, snuggled close to their parents, making the family portrait even more heartwarming.
