Police in Delta State have apprehended a man, Rich Otokwame, also known as Chinaranbo, for his alleged involvement in the gang r*pe of a 14-year-old girl, leaving her in a coma.
Human rights activist Comrade Joe revealed the incident in a Facebook post on Monday, December 9, 2024.
He alleged that Otokwame, along with his accomplices, committed the crime in Oghara, located in the Ethiope West Local Government Area, on Sunday, December 8.
“This individual, Rich Otokwame, aka Chinaranbo, along with his gang, allegedly assaulted 14-year-old Princess, leaving her in a coma in Oghara, Delta State. They are currently in custody at the Oghara Division of the Delta State Police Command,” the activist wrote.
Comrade Joe called on the Divisional Police Officer and relevant authorities to ensure that Otokwame and his accomplices face legal action in accordance with the law.
