A Brazilian man, Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira, whose wife severed his p£nis and flushed it down the toilet, has shared his hope of undergoing reconstructive surgery to restore his manhood.
Gilberto, 40, revealed his plans for the procedure after receiving a lifelike prosthetic p£nis as a gift. While he currently lacks the funds to pay for the surgery, he remains optimistic that a surgical team will perform the operation pro bono.
The incident occurred in December 2023 at the family home in São Paulo, when his wife, Daiane, lured him into bed with the promise of kinky bondage s£x. Once he was tied up, she used a razor to sever his p£nis, later telling the court her actions were motivated by his infidelity. Daiane was sentenced to nearly five years in prison for the act.
Despite the ordeal, Gilberto has astonishingly reconciled with Daiane through a series of love letters and regular visits to the prison, though judges have restricted their meetings to behind a security glass screen. He described their interactions as filled with “joy and happiness,” expressing a mutual desire to embrace and kiss, though such physical contact is currently prohibited.
Gilberto has also given an open account of his life following the attack. While his social and work life as a food delivery driver has returned to normal, his intimate life remains profoundly affected. He explained that he can still experience arousal due to the internal musculature of his p£nis, though he has adapted to urinating and self-pleasure using the single hole in his crotch.
Surgical experts have cautioned that while a prosthetic may restore the appearance of a p£nis, it will not function like the original. Despite this, Gilberto remains hopeful for a successful outcome, saying his routine is otherwise “almost normal” and that he is determined to move forward.
