Boy, 16, is kidnapped, ‘rape*d, AND tortured

A 16-year-old boy was allegedly raped and tortured after being kidnapped and thrown into the cellar of a council house.

The teenager was allegedly held in a council house in Quarto Oggiaro, a district in the northern Italian city of Milan, overnight from December 9 to December 10 after he was kidnapped.

The boy, who reportedly has a cognitive deficit, was raped and tortured in the cellar of the house, Italian newspaper Corriere della Serra reports.

He was later found by police wandering the street half naked and with visible injuries to his body, reportedly telling the officers that he had been abused all night.

Deputy prosecutors Letizia Mannella and Ilaria Perinu said they believe the boy had been tortured.

They said what the boy allegedly went through was like a ‘horror film’ and substituted ‘human degradation’.

The 16-year-old gave them the Instagram account name of a 14-year-old boy allegedly involved in the assault, which helped investigators track him and the other alleged perpetrator down.

The 14-year-old boy and a man, aged 44, were arrested just a few hours after the alleged victim was found.

Police found footage of the alleged ra*e and torture on a mobile phone of one of the two suspects, according to local media.

Investigators are reportedly trying to establish whether the boy was assaulted in the apartments of either the 44-year-old or the 14-year-old.

The cellar where the assault is said to have taken place is in the same council house as the flat of the man.

The boy has been in hospital since the alleged attack and is yet to be questioned.
