Rapper 50 Cent has taken a swipe at Jay-Z following allegations of child sexual assault against the Roc Nation founder.
The “In da Club” artist, 49, targeted Jay-Z, 55, on Instagram after he attended the Mufasa: The Lion King premiere, despite being accused of raping a 13-year-old girl over two decades ago.
Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, appeared on the red carpet alongside his wife, Beyoncé, 43, their daughter, Blue Ivy, 12, and his mother-in-law, Tina Knowles, 70, on Monday, December 9.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, 50 Cent shared photos of the family at the event, adding the caption: “Jay said they said I r@ped a kid, everybody get dressed we going to see Mufasa LOL.”
This is not the first time 50 Cent has criticized other celebrities. Over the years, he has publicly mocked Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is also implicated in the lawsuit alongside Jay-Z.
Additionally, 50 Cent is reportedly working on a Netflix documentary about sexual assault allegations against Diddy, 55. The music mogul was arrested in September on federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. Diddy’s trial is set to begin in May 2025.
