In a surprising development related to allegations against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, singer Ray J has claimed that several celebrities are discreetly offering payments to Diddy’s alleged victims to keep them from going public.
Ray J’s remarks are featured in TMZ’s new TUBI documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs, where he discusses how some high-profile individuals are reportedly attempting to distance themselves from the scandal.
Ray J noted that certain celebrities are proactively making payments to “cut alleged victims off at the pass,” aiming to prevent any demands for money before accusations become public. During the interview, Ray J appeared visibly uneasy at times and even paused, suggesting he might have said too much.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who also appears in the documentary, confirmed that he has sent demand letters to various well-known individuals, urging them to settle privately to avoid potential lawsuits.
Additionally, recent reports reveal that federal authorities have confiscated video recordings made by Diddy, allegedly showing other prominent figures at exclusive parties, often called “freak-offs.”
The existence of these tapes has heightened concerns among celebrities who fear being implicated.
