Diddy’s attorneys argue these claims are part of an “extortion scam” and assert that the government’s inaction is fueling conspiracy theories and undermining Diddy’s right to a fair trial.
Diddy has been under investigation for nearly a year, facing charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
His legal team contends that allegations, known as “Freak Offs,” do not involve men, minors, or parties, countering misrepresentations from certain media sources.
