Kanye West is facing serious allegations of s*xual assault from model Jennifer An, who claims that a 2010 music video shoot turned into a traumatic experience marked by violence and humiliation.

An, who appeared on cycle 13 of America’s Next Top Model, has filed a federal lawsuit against West, accusing him of choking her to the point of unconsciousness and forcing her to perform acts that she describes as more aligned with pornography than art.

The incident took place during the shoot for the remix of La Roux’s In For the Kill, filmed at New York City’s Chelsea Hotel.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, An alleges that West singled her out from a group of women, reportedly saying, “Give me the Asian girl.”

She claims she was dressed in revealing lingerie when West commented, “That’s why I chose you,” and instructed the camera to focus on her as the filming began.

The lawsuit details that West then allegedly strangled her with both hands, smothered her face, and forced his fingers into her throat in an act she describes as an imitation of forced oral s*x.

A claims this ordeal lasted for more than a minute, leaving her physically distressed and humiliated.

During the incident, An says that West yelled, “This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso.” She asserts that the experience felt more like a display of “pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes” rather than a professional music video shoot.

Jenn also alleges that La Roux, whose original track was remixed by West, later referred to the shoot as featuring “upsetting, unsettling” behavior. Despite the allegations, neither Jenn nor Kanye appear in the final cut of the music video that was released online.

The lawsuit, which names Kanye West and Universal Music Group as defendants, claims gender-motivated violence and argues that the incident was intentionally suppressed by the record label and other figures in the industry.

Jenn is seeking accountability for the traumatic experience she describes as exploitative.
