Princess Beatrice shares a close bond with her stepson, Christopher “Wolfie” Woolf, the eight-year-old son of her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and his former fiancée, American architect Dara Huang.

While Wolfie is usually kept out of the public eye, his mother occasionally shares glimpses of his life on social media.

On Friday, Dara posted an Instagram story offering a rare peek into Wolfie’s school routine.

Captioned “what an 8-year-old keeps in his school desk,” the video revealed items like Pokémon cards, the comic Bunny vs Monkey and the League of Doom by Jamie Smart, and Maoam sweets—suggesting a relaxed approach to school snacking.

Wolfie attends school in the UK but spent much of the summer in the United States with his mother. Dara documented their time together on Instagram, sharing moments from Wisconsin, including cuddles, ice cream hunts, tortilla chip snacks, and outdoor fun such as swimming, swinging on the lawn, and boat rides.

Dara and Edoardo welcomed Wolfie in 2016 but ended their engagement in 2018. Edoardo later married Princess Beatrice in 2020, and the trio has since embraced a positive co-parenting dynamic.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Dara described the arrangement as “easy,” adding, “Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides. The more, the merrier. I feel lucky to have such positive people around him who really embrace him.”

Wolfie has become a part of royal family traditions, even attending the annual Christmas church service at Sandringham.

During the 2020 lockdown, Princess Beatrice reflected on her role as a stepmother, saying, “Homeschooling was definitely not my forte! But I felt very lucky to have had the chance to work with my bonus son during school closures. It was a huge learning curve for all of us.”

Beatrice and Edoardo have since welcomed a daughter, Sienna. According to Dara, Wolfie adores his little sister, sharing with her Instagram followers, “They are so cute together.”
