Prince Harry has made his first public appearance since returning from his solo trip to South Africa and Lesotho earlier this month.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, addressed the NATO Military Committee about the Invictus Games Foundation’s role in supporting wounded, injured, and sick service members and veterans.
The Committee shared a photo of Harry on its website, where he spoke via video call from his home in Montecito.
The video showcased Harry in his home office, surrounded by an array of ornaments, books, and personal photographs, including a glimpse of his wedding photo with Meghan.
The image appears to capture a close-up of the couple in their carriage following their royal wedding ceremony in Windsor on May 19, 2018.
Harry wore his frock coat uniform of the Blues and Royals, while Meghan looked stunning in her bespoke bateau-neck dress designed by Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy, complemented by Queen Mary’s Diamond Bandeau tiara.
Earlier this year, the couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary just days after returning from a three-day trip to Nigeria.
In August, they visited Colombia, highlighting the work of their Archewell Foundation to create a safer online environment for children and young people.
In recent months, both Harry and Meghan have engaged in solo outings. The Duke traveled to New York in September to support various patronages close to his heart, including African Parks, the Halo Trust, the Diana Award, and Travalyst.
He also attended the WellChild Awards during his first return to the UK since his maternal uncle Lord Robert Fellowes’ private funeral in Norfolk in July.
Following his heartfelt speech at the awards, Harry flew to South Africa and Lesotho to support Sentebale, the youth HIV charity he co-founded in 2006. Earlier this month, a video emerged showing him testing his surfing skills at the Surf Ranch wave pool in Lemoore, California.
Meanwhile, the Duchess made a red carpet appearance with her friend Kelly Zajfen at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Gala 2024 on October 5. Meghan has also been teasing her upcoming lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, on Instagram and is producing a Netflix series celebrating cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship.
