Actress Jennifer Lopez has reacted to her ex, Ben Affleck, praising her ‘spectacular’ performance in Unstoppable amid their ongoing divorce.
Lopez, 55, stars in the sports drama film, which Affleck helped produce. On Sunday, the 52-year-old Oscar winner complimented Jennifer’s portrayal of Judy Robles in the biopic, telling Entertainment Tonight: “Jennifer is spectacular.”
In response, during the Unstoppable premiere in London on Tuesday, Lopez told E! News: “I would describe all of the cast and everybody behind the scenes as spectacular and wonderful.”
Lopez filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, after months of speculation about her relationship with Affleck. The filing coincided with the two-year anniversary of their wedding at Affleck’s estate in Savannah, Georgia, on August 20, 2022.
The couple made headlines in 2021 when they rekindled their romance, nearly 17 years after calling off their original engagement and postponing their planned September 2003 wedding.
