During a dramatic session, members of Nigeria’s House of Representatives responded with shouts of “it’s okay, it’s okay” after social critic Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, threatened to publicly reveal sensitive information about them.
This incident took place at a recent meeting, underscoring rising tensions regarding public accountability and governance transparency.
VeryDarkMan voiced his concerns about the nation’s condition during an investigative hearing related to a bribery case involving crossdresser Bobrisky, stating, “Nigeria has gone down, and people are now being begged to do the right thing.”
He further criticized the judiciary system, claiming it is “messed up so bad” and that key functions of governance are failing to operate effectively.
