Rapper 50 Cent has finally addressed the s*xual trafficking and r*pe allegations that have surfaced against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The allegations come as Diddy faces a second wave of lawsuits accusing him of s*xual assault, including one claim that he drugged and r*ped a 13-year-old girl. Diddy was arrested last month in Manhattan after an investigation into suspected s*x trafficking, with accusations that he drugged and assaulted victims as young as nine.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, 50 Cent discussed Combs’ alleged behavior and how he had previously mocked the music mogul both online and at concerts.
50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, stated: “Look, it seems like I’m doing some outrageous things, but I haven’t. It’s really just me saying what I’ve been saying for ten years. Now, it’s becoming more prominent in the news… I’m like, ‘Yo, this is just my perspective because I’ve stayed away from that stuff all along. It’s not my style.'”
The two rappers have had a long-standing feud since the 1990s, but 50 Cent never considered Diddy a friend. In 2006, 50 Cent released the diss track The Bomb, in which he accused Diddy of being involved in the 1997 murder of fellow artist Biggie Smalls.
Diddy has long been dogged by rumors that he knows more about the deaths of both Biggie and Tupac, and he was named in court documents in the latter’s case, although he denies any involvement.
In both 2018 and 2024, 50 Cent admitted feeling “a little uncomfortable” around Diddy for a long time.
50 Cent also announced that he is working on a Netflix docuser series that will delve into the s*xual assault and violence allegations made against Combs.

While the allegations are disturbing, we urge everyone to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. Our goal is to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the broader contributions of the culture.”
50 Cent will executive produce the project through his G-Unit Film & Television banner, while Stapleton will executive produce for House of Nonfiction.
Diddy is facing s*xual abuse allegations dating back to the 1990s, including accusations that he drugged a 13-year-old girl in 2000 and r*ped a man in 2022.
