Known for her unwavering support, she affectionately refers to him as “old bean.” While King Charles and Queen Camilla are on their royal tour of Australia and Somalia, Princess Anne has been representing the royal family in the UK.

On Saturday, she attended the QIPCO British Champions Day at Ascot Racecourse with her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence. Dressed warmly in a caramel coat, suede boots, and chocolate leather gloves, it was her scarf that stood out.

The scarf, from King Charles’ Highgrove House in Gloucestershire, added a sentimental touch. It’s believed that King Charles gifted this ‘Highgrove Heritage Scarf’ to his family last Christmas, with Princess Anne, Lady Louise Windsor, and others donning the item during the traditional Christmas morning church outing.

The scarf, which retails at £150, is crafted from 100% ultrafine merino wool and features a Prince of Wales check woven into an enlarged Shepherd check.

Its honey-colored design is inspired by the golden Cotswold stone of the Highgrove Gardens, further connecting the accessory to King Charles’ home.
