Mike Tindall Reveals Surprising Insight Into Kate Middleton’s Fitness Routine

Kate Middleton, known for her active lifestyle, is deeply committed to staying fit, incorporating a variety of exercises into her routine.

Alongside her interests in sailing, cycling, and yoga, the royal mother-of-three is believed to follow a comprehensive fitness regimen that includes both cardio and weight training.

Mike Tindall, in a recent interview with The Telegraph, revealed a lesser-known detail about Kate’s fitness habits, noting her particular love for running.

Sharing a glimpse into the athletic nature of the Wales family, the former rugby player said, “George loves his football. I’ve played with him many times in the garden. He’s also a big fan of Aston Villa – wherever he is, he’ll stop and watch the game. They’re a family that loves sport. Catherine really enjoys her running.”

Mike also discussed his own family life with his wife, Zara, and their three children, Mia, 10, Lena, 6, and Lucas, 3.

Given both parents’ sporting backgrounds – Zara won silver in equestrian at the 2012 Olympics, and Mike was part of England’s 2003 World Cup-winning rugby team – it’s no surprise that their children are following in their athletic footsteps.

Reflecting on Lucas’ boundless energy, Mike commented, “You can’t stop him. He’s all about physical contact and wants to be wrestled. He thinks he’s a ninja and just walks around hitting people with sticks.”

He added, “He’s such a typical boy – you nearly have to tire him out with exercise, like you would a dog, or he won’t sleep. It’s just in him. Being full of energy, like many rugby players, isn’t a bad thing.”
