Rapper and fashion designer Kanye West has been accused of drugging and s*xually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, during a party hosted by West and Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to shocking new court filings.
Pisciotta, who worked for West as a personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, claims the incident occurred years before she joined his team. She alleges that West invited her and a former musician client to a party at a Santa Monica music studio co-hosted by Diddy, according to the lawsuit.
An influencer and OnlyFans model, Pisciotta says West insisted that everyone at the party either drink or leave. After consuming a few sips, Pisciotta claims she began to feel disoriented and entered an impaired state.
The following day, Pisciotta alleges she had no recollection of the night’s events and felt “ashamed and embarrassed.” Her musician client, whose name was not disclosed, was reportedly too traumatized to discuss the evening, as noted in the lawsuit.
At the time, Pisciotta did not realize any sexual assault had occurred, focusing instead on whether she had embarrassed herself in front of West or her client. She initially believed someone else, like a studio assistant, had drugged her. However, the truth emerged when West allegedly confessed they had “hooked up” after she was drugged, just before he terminated her employment.
According to the court papers, the revelation came during a conversation in which West, 47, was upset about a text exchange with his ex-wife, believed to be Kim Kardashian. West reportedly told Pisciotta not to contact his ex to clarify things, then admitted they had “hooked up” during the party.
Pisciotta was devastated and in shock, telling West she had no memory of the encounter beyond sitting on the couch at the start of the night. West allegedly responded with laughter, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
These new accusations were filed on October 8 as part of Pisciotta’s ongoing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. The updated lawsuit also includes previous claims that West sent her inappropriate texts, shared sexual fantasies, and sent X-rated images and videos of himself with other women.
Pisciotta alleges that West promised her millions in severance after firing her in October 2022, but she has yet to receive the money and is still owed back pay. She also claims West once locked them in a room together and masturbated in front of her before falling asleep.
West’s legal team has previously called the lawsuit “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of blackmailing him. Diddy has not been accused of any wrongdoing, and as of now, West has not responded to the updated lawsuit.
