David Beckham showed off his chiselled abs and toned physique in a shirtless snap on Thursday.

The former footballer, 49, put his farmer hat back on to enjoy a peaceful week at his £6million Cotwswolds home in the countryside with his dogs, chickens, and bees.

A VERY GOOD BREAK

It’s a much needed break for the star after a hectic month for the Beckham clan, which saw wife Victoria, 50, launch her new perfume, son Romeo, 22, make his catwalk debut in Paris, and Brooklyn, 25, launch his new hot sauce brand.

Sharing a series of idyllic snaps from the past few days with his 88.4 million followers, David captioned the post: ‘Country life’.

In one photo, he showed off his hunky and tattooed chest as he smiled for a selfie in the garden, wearing a black Adidas beanie.

In another, the football legend cut a dapper figure in a pale blue shirt and a pair of brown trousers, committing to his countryside role with a tartan flat cap.

And David’s duties aren’t just limited to chickens, as the father-of-four also looks after a swarm of bees at his Cotswolds farmhouse.

He made sure to include a picture of his row of hives in the Instagram update, which he manages after discovering a passion for beekeeping during lockdown.

NAMES OF HIS FOUR POOCHES

The former footballer also found the time to walk four of his adorable pooches – Cocker Spaniels Olive, Sage, and Fig, and Cockapoo Simba.
