Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, was taken to the Police Hospital in Falomo, Lagos, after reporting pain in his ‘breasts.’
Sources indicate that Bobrisky felt discomfort after several hours in police custody at Alagbon, Lagos State.
According to police reports, he was transported to the hospital around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22.
The use of a police ambulance may have been a tactic to avoid attracting public attention, coinciding with a visit from the Commissioner of Police for the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) to Alagbon, who was preparing to transfer Bobrisky to his command.
Witnesses informed Vanguard that Bobrisky repeatedly expressed severe pain in his ‘breast,’ leading officers to take him to the hospital before proceeding with the transfer. During his time in custody, he was kept in isolation under the watch of two armed officers.
This health scare followed Bobrisky’s arrest by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) on Monday night, leading to his detention.
