Pro Football Hall of Famer and ESPN commentator Shannon Sharpe has received an offer from an adult website after accidentally streaming a private moment on Instagram Live.
On Wednesday, Sharpe unintentionally broadcasted a private encounter when he dropped his phone on the floor, leading to the live stream of his intimate moment. He later explained the incident, expressing his embarrassment and frustration.
“I’m embarrassed for several reasons,” Sharpe said. “People expect professionalism from me, even behind closed doors. To have such a private detail, especially the audio, exposed to the world is very humiliating.”
Sharpe clarified, “I’m not ashamed of the act itself, as consenting adults participate in such activities. My mistake was not realizing that Instagram Live was active. I threw my phone on the bed while engaged in the activity and didn’t know how the live stream worked until my other phone started ringing.”
In response to the incident, ‘The Porn Dude’ has extended a $100,000 offer to Sharpe, suggesting he consider a career change. They told TMZ, “We would love to offer him a solid $100,000. If he’s looking to make a career shift, we’ve got a jersey ready for him!”
