Prince Harry made a discreet visit to the popular East Side Ink tattoo parlour in New York City, which has previously hosted celebrities like Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans.
Arriving in a black SUV, Harry was spotted wearing jeans and a green shirt, accompanied by his security team. Despite spending about an hour inside, Page Six reported that Harry did not get a tattoo; he was there to film a promotional stunt for an upcoming project.
If Harry had gotten a tattoo, he wouldn’t have been the first royal to do so—his cousin Princess Eugenie sports a small circular tattoo behind her ear, which she revealed during the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022. However, its meaning remains a mystery.
During his visit to New York, Harry has been involved in several charitable events, including one with the World Health Organisation (WHO).
At a Halo Trust event, he spoke about continuing his late mother Princess Diana’s humanitarian legacy: “Carrying on her legacy is a responsibility I take incredibly seriously. So much has changed in my life since 2019, including becoming a father for the second time. I know my mother would have been horrified that children today are still living in a world plagued by landmines.”

In addition to his charitable work, Harry also had some lighter moments in New York. He appeared alongside Jimmy Fallon in a fun segment where the pair navigated a horror-themed maze, “Jimmy ToNightmares,” with cameras capturing their reactions to the scares. Harry was seen wearing the same outfit from his visit to the tattoo parlour during the segment.
Though Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, did not accompany him on this trip, Harry kept them close by, revealing that his phone’s lock screen features a photo of his kids.
