A man has allegedly set his wife’s house on fire following domestic disputes in Nairobi, Kenya.
Eric Mboya, a Facebook user who shared the incident in a post on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, revealed that the woman had purchased the house through a mortgage.
He claimed the man acted out of jealousy, as he didn’t own any property.
“A woman in Nairobi will tonight sleep outside after the husband torched her house. The two had been having differences for sometime. Today, the man went and bought petrol, poured on the house and lit a kiberiti.
“He made sure everything was burnt down as he watched and chased anyone who tried to come close. The woman had acquired the house through mortgage and the husband was jealous because he has nothing,” he wrote.
