Katy Perry shared a moment of intimacy with Doechii during her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, with her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, observing from the audience on Wednesday, September 11.
Perry, who was awarded the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year’s ceremony in New York, performed a medley of her hits, including the debut of “I’m His, He’s Mine,” a track with TDE rapper Doechii set for release on Friday.
Bloom, who introduced Perry’s performance, watched from the crowd as she and Doechii engaged in a sultry dance on a shared stage.
At one point, Doechii twerked on Perry while she rapped her verse. Later, Doechii arched backward as Perry leaned in, almost kissing her collaborator.
The camera then focused on Bloom, capturing his reaction to the on-stage intimacy. Bloom was seen watching closely, nodding slightly, and smiling before clapping when the camera turned to him.
