Crown Prince Leka II has found love again just eight months after announcing his separation from ex-wife Crown Princess Elia. The royal made his debut with his new girlfriend, Blerta Celibashi, at the Carpathia West Ball, an event he hosted for The Queen Geraldine Foundation.
The fundraising gala took place at the residence of Mr. Anton Konstantin on the eastern shore of Greenwood Lake, New York. Prince Leka was all smiles as he posed with Blerta, dressed in a white shirt and waistcoat paired with black jacket and matching trousers.
Blerta looked stunning in a striking black ballgown, complemented by a pearl choker necklace and her hair styled in a neat chignon.
Prince Leka also shared footage from the event on his official Instagram account, expressing gratitude to Anton Konstantin and David Alexander Jenkins for hosting a wonderful gala dinner. He noted that the evening aimed to strengthen ties between Albanian and American entrepreneurs while promoting charitable cooperation.
Blerta has been capturing beautiful family moments for Prince Leka, including a lovely photo of him with his three-year-old daughter Geraldine, which he posted on Instagram, tagging her as the photographer. Prince Leka shares Geraldine with his ex-wife.
At the beginning of the year, the head of the Albanian royal family announced their mutual decision to end their marriage, emphasizing that their daughter remains their top priority.
In a statement translated from Albanian, he wrote, “Through this post, I officially inform you that LTM Princ Leka and Elia Zaharia have agreed to end their marriage… Despite the trust in the institution of the family, LTM Prince Leka II believes that mutual respect and understanding will be the foundation of their ongoing relationship for the sake of LSM Princess Geraldine.”
He assured that Geraldine’s well-being would remain their central focus and requested privacy regarding the matter.
