Blac Chyna File Lawsuit Against Ex-Boyfriend And Rapper Twin Hector Over Allegations Of Assault While He Slept

American rapper Twin Hector has filed a domestic violence lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna, accusing the model of physically and verbally abusing him multiple times throughout their three-year relationship.

In the lawsuit, filed in California Superior Court on Monday, September 23, Twin (real name Taiyon Hector) alleges that Chyna (real name Angela White) committed domestic violence, civil assault, and battery.

The 27-year-old claims that Chyna, 36, frequently had violent outbursts, especially when intoxicated, and repeatedly threatened to kill him during their relationship, which lasted from August 2020 to March 2023.

One of the most severe incidents occurred in September 2021, when Twin alleges Chyna attacked him while he was asleep, leaving him with multiple injuries. According to the suit, the couple met in August 2020, and Twin soon moved into Chyna’s Woodland Hills, California, home, which she shared with her children, King, 11, and Dream, 7.

The lawsuit further claims that Chyna regularly consumed excessive amounts of alcohol and other substances, which allegedly triggered violent and abusive behavior.

Twin accuses Chyna of frequently punching, shoving, slapping, and kicking him, often threatening to kill him during altercations or while he slept. Despite these violent outbursts, Twin says he tried to avoid her blows and hoped she would seek help, but she never did.

The suit states that Chyna would often apologize for her behavior, but showed no “sincere remorse” and refused to get medical or psychological treatment for her alleged violence. Twin, who says he “loved” Chyna, claims she would blame him for not following her every command.

In the September 2021 incident, Twin says he was woken by Chyna “without warning” and subjected to “multiple closed-fisted punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks” to his face and body, leaving him bloodied and nearly blinded.

Chyna allegedly called a doctor to the house to administer first aid, who advised Twin to seek further treatment from specialists for his injuries.

Twin believes Chyna’s violent behavior stems from long-standing issues with alcohol abuse, claiming her intimate partners are the primary victims. He also references a past incident involving Chyna’s former fiancé Rob Kardashian, who testified in 2022 that Chyna “tried to kill” him during their “toxic relationship,” alleging she attempted to strangle him with an iPhone cord and hit him with a metal rod.

Throughout his relationship with Chyna, Twin claims to have suffered from severe insomnia, PTSD, a broken nose, facial scars, whiplash, nerve damage, and daily headaches. He hopes the lawsuit will encourage Chyna to seek help and raise awareness that no one is above the law when it comes to domestic violence.

“Hopefully, this lawsuit will convince [Chyna] to get help, and that no man (or woman) is above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence,” the suit concludes. “[Twin] sincerely hopes that [Chyna’s] damaging actions never happen to anyone else, ever again.”
